The upper level Managers are the best I have ever worked for. Working from home is an awesome plus. Great pto plan, a lot of insurance options and 401k matching.
Cons
Very busy at times, not a good job for someone that is not willing to give 100%.
They have a great working culture. Everyone is willing to help. They are separated with different teams and every team member try to help you anytime. The communication with the management is easy going. The job is not stressful, you just need to be real, not lying to customers and follow up the cases until they are finished. You can work from home with good salary rates.
Cons
Maybe the training could be more intensive and detailed. Just the program itself because the trainer is amazing.
