Senior leadership is kind, compassionate and completely available to employees of all levels. They don't just speak "open door environment", they practice it on a daily basis. I have been in the Govcon world for over 20 years and NetCentrics is without a doubt the most dynamic Govcon organization I have ever worked for. Very talented employees- I consider them some of the best in the industry. Open PTO for ALL employees and competitve benefits.
