friendly work culture teamlead's understanding of strengths and weaknesses of team and allotment of suitable tasks since its startup we learn a lot great hybrid work culture startup with high potential

Cons

company/team culture is rotting where certain factions are forming which is unhealthy new recruits are not as embraceful as those of veteran employees which further degrades the culture pay package low and the promised esops scarcely given hr's are tightening their budget necessarily or unnecessarily leading to employee dissatisfaction some product managers are weak in their character which inturn spoils the team culture
