• NO PROCESS AT ALL. Anyone can be asked to do anything at all even if it not related to your role and if you take onus of doing that job and don't finish it well you are screwed.
• No sense of mentor-ship. Most of the managers, top management don't know what a team means. They themselves don't know what they want. They just know to say, it’s not good you are useless and not fit to Netlink.
• Managers are highly influenced and surrounded by flatterers.
• People who are closed to managers gets good benefits, opportunities and rewards.
• Politics is everywhere, if you cannot play politics then cannot survive at Netlink smoothly.
• Always present yourself very busy and show that you are working on very complex things. If you don't have flattering skills or you don't have capability to present your very minor work by converting it into great achievement (its like that you need "TO MAKE A MOUNTAIN OUT OF A MOLEHILL") then you will not have any reward/appreciation or career growth by the management (WHOSE CALLED LEADERS).
• Don't believe on HR they are puppets of the managers.
• Bad top management - who thinks everyone is disposable. There is no regard for talent, hard work and honesty.
• Salary is not compatible for local candidates. They gets very less than the people who are coming from outside although those people don't have that level of expertise and productivity. If you requires good salary then either you have to be close with your managers [not professionally, it’s personally] or have to come from other state.
• Endless list of priorities on projects which is because of poor planning and management, difficult to manage family and work life at times, expectation to work 60 Hours/week, 24 hours on-call over weekends/leaves.
• In case you resigned then you could face a lot of issues. To satisfy their EGO, Managers put road-blockers in your path and will try that you don't have relieving on time.
• Keep yourself ready to work in different technology rather than your core one.
