      Pros

      Working here prior to acquisition by English private equity. No real room for advancement, ever.

      Cons

      Culture under founders was fantastic; since acquisition it is now a fear-based atmosphere. Major changes leading to culture shock in Ireland and floundering in US market as most knowledgeable managers were forced out. New management is ignorant to the complexities of the US business that drives the company. 2020 and beyond will bring massive changes, generally not for the better.

      Pros were the summer BBQ and mental health week

      They’re too busy trying to show they’re cool on social media than the quality of there staff also high turn over of staff
