Pros

The office is in a nice location, which is probably the only positive part of working here.

Cons

The work environment is tense and unprofessional. Management often comes across as rude and bullying, and there’s little to no respect for employees’ time or wellbeing. Expectations are completely unrealistic, and you can’t step away from your desk for more than a few minutes without being questioned. There also seemed to be bias in how candidates were selected or put forward to clients, which made the workplace feel unfair and discouraging. Overall, there’s no sense of trust or genuine support, which makes it hard to stay motivated.

Pros

Benefits if you have kids and you want them to study at the schools owned by the parent company

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. Despicable treatment of recruiters and researchers, no respect. And lies about your ability to get increases and promotions Unrealistic KPIs considering economy Given broken laptops and equipment Constant re-training on things you already know Possible open roles are dismissed by management because it won't make enough money for the company if you do place a candidate Expect you to lie and manipulate candidates and clients Your access to recruiting tools are restricted Your commission will be held hostage for months and you will not receive it if you leave the company even though you did the work
