Everything that is said in this review is true. One star seems a bit low, but everyone is entitled to their opinion right? :) We are a great place to learn. Our engineering teams are always learning, studying, and working their way up the ladder, adding certifications and skills. Based on the part-time status, this employee likely experienced summer, our busiest season while we install systems in schools. We have a narrow window of June, July and August to get new systems installed while students are away. Our engineers also do work odd hours since systems cannot be down during business hours. Many installs do occur at off-hours. Thanks!
