Enthusiastic recruiting people before you sign a contract
Cons
Low-quality training, two hours training per week with very little materials. After few weeks of training, I got hang dry with zero interviews coming up. Cost me $800 training fee + $500 "tax fee". I've been working with them for 3 months, so far I haven't see any promise been kept.
