      Fell apart after CEO left

      Pros

      It was a progressive, exciting place to work until the CEO resigned. Work was hard but enjoyable and there was a sense of camaraderie among employees.

      Cons

      The success was built around 1 person at the top. Without that person, there was no more company.

      Pros

      At one time NC was the place to be. Great teamwork and environment. Great comp and benefits.

      Cons

      It went down the tubes. I am embarrassed to say I worked there because of it's current reputation. Sad to see it is a 4 person wannabe agency.
