Where to start … people are leaving as soon as they find another job. They are leaving the line manager not the company. Managers screaming to people, always complaining about others when it is only their responsibility the the disaster in the team. People treated so badly with no respect. Unacceptable behavior with unachievable targets. There are super unprofessional folks with no skills to manage teams.
Employees with knowledge are leaving, the company is like a Titanic, sinking. Most of them very good but fed up of the situation. No guidance. Input changes every second day. Long hours and no mercy. Stay away!
