Pros

Great name on your CV reasonable salary, bonus and good work benefits.

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy and politics, not the fair and diverse workplace that comes with the name. Lack of collaboration/communication across offices and with the U.S. office. Very limited career progression, training and limited work flexibility.

Pros

Good pension, healthcare schemes and bonus. Some interesting projects where you are given creative freedom, mainly due to managers being busy climbing the corporate ladder.

Cons

The advertising side of operations in London is a toxic work environment with frequent inequality experienced. There is poor leadership, inadequate communication, a severe lack of support and recognition as well as a worryingly limited duty of care shown to employees. If you are looking for an environment that is diverse, inclusive, mindful, progressive, free of bias, championing self-expression and reflective of the company's ethical journalism across-the-board, this is not the place for you.

Pros

OK salary comparing to other media companies

Cons

Highly useless management. No structural way for personal development or progression. Seems like those senior managers and directors only with the titles but not the brain! And the reason why they are senior are because of tenure, not competency! Nothing really gets done until these managers are being copied in or send the email themselves! Very hierarchical, and would not recommend if you are looking to learn and grow - very poor knowledge sharing, only the ''circle of trust ''get to know and they don't share! Or if they do share, there's not insight added what so ever, but just simply hit 'forward'.
