      Fast-paced, last minute planning with inadequate execution time, but pay is great.

      Pros

      Pay is great. Ample opportunities to move up. Pay is performance driven for the most part. Build your own destiny.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is hard to maintain and still deliver results. Infrequent pay bumps, seems you can go for years without an increase and then you get a big increase. Incremental raises would be a better structure. At the mercy of a commodity.

      Pros

      Great place to learn new skills, and expand your mind. Great skilled players don't get promoted.

      Cons

      Unskilled, and unethical personnel get promoted. It's all a big tie among leadership and HR. Cannot trust any HR personnel and management act as if bullying of employees is not currently happening.
