    The extra income has been so beneficial during these uncertain financial times, the management and support staff have always been very helpful & and I can make my own hours working from home for what works with my schedule.

    Broken promises, low pay .20 a minute per talk time so if you're not talking you do not get paid

    Not much to say on this part

    Cons

    They get you to work obscene hours that have nothing to do with your job. Once you establish your position and department they will reassign you to another department so their family member can take over.
