Pros
Very Few Pros, the salary is in line with the market. The best thing I ever did was leaving the place. AWFUL is an understatement.
Cons
The firm is laced with incompetent management and middle management. People receive promotions despite not having a clue how to achieve anything. The corporate culture is horrendous. They severely favour Canada over the UK despite the UK making a lot more money than Canadian operations. HR is severely over staffed need to cull at least half of them.
