      Pros

      Free food. Nexo tokens if business targets are met. Working hard can get you promoted to manager if you don't rock the boat and make sacrifices. A new industry with theoretically no limits.

      Cons

      Low level of culture. Unprofessional and foul language concerning clients on the office floor. Managers with no people management skills heading entire departments.
