Pros

A pay check and just a job. In and out.

Cons

You would think that if for the past 15 years the theme in all exist interviews and feedback involving toxic and abusive individuals, leadership and HR would act on it. Hover new and old leadership turn a blind eye to bullying and inappropriate behavior of certain individual(s). No or little room for growth. Those in many management positions have no business there and are put their due to favoritism or being able to do peoples dirty work. Pretend to be inclusive and progressive . ITS NOT. Unequal disparity in salaries and opportunities, environment of “Clicks” by department where lies and backstabbing is common practice. Even within departments there is constant mean girl behavior. Pizza or fake team building doesn’t keep employees happy. Proper compensation. Basics like Feeling safe and not fearing constant harassment from. harassment or individuals is more important. This place is rotten and there is no changing it by new or old regiments. Run because they can’t take the trash out! It’s Rotten.

Company Culture

Pros

The salary and benefits were great.

Cons

The company culture was somewhat toxic. There was a lot of fear for the head of the department that I worked in and everyone dreaded being called to his office for anything. It sowed a lot of drama and competition on a team that should have been focused on working together and boosting each other up. The same leader often made women feel uncomfortable with his comments and I had some of those moments with him where all I could do was laugh at his commentary and feel bad about it afterwards.

Pros

Lot of over time offered

Cons

Ran but mostly temp workers. Most workers who’s been there for years get paid low. Hourly employees don’t get paid vacation. Under appreciated employees, bad Management which leads to lots of drama. Very very quick turnovers . Several terminations and resignations
