My salary is poor and within our brand pay rises have been frozen for over half a year. Even without a freeze, the salary would still be non-competitive for the title and experience. Whilst we may not be performing as well as some last years, we still make a consistent profit but that profit does not trickle down the system. It feels as though there is no longer progression. I have also felt as though Next15 have shown less interest in the smaller brands within their system.
