They're true optimizer...always looking to make things better, whether themselves, processes, tools, or tactics.
Cons
While serving nonprofits exclusively, it's still an agency...which means there's always a lot going on at once, and the pace can be fast (which some people love and others don't). Not every cause may be your passion, but the people at the orgs are amazing.
