      I don't know where to begin

      Pros

      You'll meet some really great people in the 2 months it takes you to realize you're in the worst place of employment imaginable.

      Cons

      You'll never be treated so poorly in your entire life. Management could not care less about you. You are an inferior peasant who is only there to make them money. Like most agents, I struggled at first because you need to sometimes wait weeks/months to see your first commissions come in. I hustled my rear-end off and worked 12-14 hour days and was told by the owner, and I quote "I don't want a spoiled rich kid working here so he can tell Mommy and Daddy he has a job."

      Pros

      Some nice people. You can make a little bit of money if you work 15-20 hours a day.

      Cons

      unprofessional., database is not current and largely filled with wrong or old listings, ad writing software continually breaks down, you are expected to do tasks for which you are not paid, they hire as many agents as possible and play a numbers game, they will nickel and dime you at every chance, $75 desk fee monthly

      Pros

      Easy to sign up. Lots of employees.

      Cons

      Disorganized training structure. Excessive classroom time requirements. Training does not prepare you for the day-to-day of the job. This is a hire-everyone, sink or swim company. 90-day no-compete clause on the contract to work there.
