Great for life balancing. Safe space to express ideas and suggestions, flexible hours, hybrid system (mainly working from home and once/twice a week in the office), and non-blaming culture.

I think we could have more social events. With a hybrid system in place, it is easy for the distance to take place. These events can bring employees closer and positively impact the business.
