Pros

If you are new to the country, have good communications with IT knowledge join them to earn experience. Nexus have good banking (2 or 3 direct), telecommunications (only one direct), insurance clients (never responds to Nexus sales team) whereas each sales manager have relationship with 2-3 or maximum 4 hiring managers where they are earning their bread and butter. You will cry to get the profiles submitted to end clients - most of Nexus managers are hiring managers in itself. Salaries are not really good and commission part is lowest in the industry Use Nexus as ladder to get better job in the industry.

Cons

Sales or any recruiter positions are well known available for relatives/ close friends children. Partiality/ discrimination - yes for sure Nexus management does that based on your color - connect with ex employees on LinkedIn to know more about Nexus culture. Working hours are extended but not shown correctly in pay checks. Not fair employer, unethical and biased managers - specifically Nexus Hiring Manager strongly believes in hiring firing employees he is just doing business not developing anyone career. If you are working hard and due to very poor sales - results are not coming be ready to be hear that you are responsible for it not sales person (because sales person will be pushing all bad things on recruiters only and due to biased managers they hang things on recruiters) Work from Home - depending on favoritism. Be Ready for Potluck lunch through out year - Nexus offers welcome lunch when joining if you are lucky and for sure annual dinner. Extra curricular activities such as office picnic or lunch or any outdoor parties - Nexus give a straight no except for arranging lunch or dinner for its client managers where Nexus employees (Recruiters) not invited. Nexus managers do not understand anything except the wrong projection of calculation which they always told to their employees (more placements more earnings) - actually they indirectly ask recruiters to cover their salaries. Lastly there is no yearly bonus or no increment in salary one can except- so leave the company as soon as you can will get better opportunity. Stay away from the Nexus company and do connect with ex employees to know more about Nexus - most of the reviews on websites are been posted by its management or current invaluable employees.

Pros

Easy to get job in this company but withing 6 month they start to show their character.

Cons

Bad middle Management. Middle Management is in company from long time and they're manipulating senior management. Senior Management is only listen to those guys. No work Culture. Typical Indian company mentality. full of Indian Middle Management.

Pros

A paycheck, not much other value

Cons

All 4 Managers are useless, VMS manager most of all. Sweatshop old agency style recruitment, office manager spies on employees. This was one of my worst employment experiences.
