      Extensive client base, willingness to invest capital where there is case to do so, excellent technical and operational expertise, operates in active and growing market sectors.

      Cons

      Periods of frequent organizational change and restructuring. Demanding and at times unachievable expectations for growth. Inter-divisional collaboration not supported by the reporting structure.

      Cons

      Production management play mental games and cause upset when you just want to work and go home. I found lazy members of staff get rewarded whilst hard worker are expected to constantly graft with no reward or recognition. Lack of job security due to recent redundancy’s and the unpredictable electric drive market
