Pros

-Good team chemistry. Everyone is helpful, and the skill sets of team members complement each other well -Very Competitive Pay (at least starting out), good health, life and 401k benefits -Good hours (9-5 most days, seldom have to work at home) -Good job security. Lithography tools are complex and take many months to even begin to work on. Thus the company tries to keep turnover low in an effort to not spend too much time training new people.

Cons

-Most upper management positions are held by Japanese, and they like to promote other Japanese people into those roles. Very hard to get promoted from this role; most people in this job stay in it for their entire career at the company -Like promotions, raises are not great. They barely keep up with inflation. -While the company is a great place to start a career and maintain a steady job for a while, this stagnation may lead to you "falling behind" your peers at other companies in 5-10 years.
