6 days a week is too much. In a world where we are shifting to 4 days a week working structure, NimbusPost is making everyone work 6 days a week.
And on the even worst side, WFH is something that is frowned upon. WFH is allowed sometimes if you need it or so, but as per current scenario, it should be a choice. I actually got into trouble when i asked for WFH, that too on a Saturday.
Additionally, office politics is way worse over here. It's bad in general but it is worst over here. It's a startup and many people are known to the founders so it's obvious they'll exploit the "power" they feel they have.
