      Good company if you make the most of it

      Pros

      Great products and a loyal set of customers; wonderful team ethic in the UK office; You get to be your own person and to run your own micro-business inside of the sales team.

      Cons

      Salaries are probably 30% or more below market standards in UK, which is a surprise as they seem to pay well in the USA by comparison. A little too much emphasis on L&D and DEI and stuff that just gets in the way of selling.

      - Nintex has a really exciting product oiffering in a fast growing induistry with high potential for growth - They are focusing on their employee experience and putting people first - Lot's of opportunity for career growth to those who want it - Build build build!

      - It's not a place for someone who wants a fast growth environment
