can't really be sacked. clean vehicles. The working staff / floor staff are good as gold. easy work.

Cons

The salary is an insult. supervisor and above really could not give a damn and are literally just interested in their wage only. you are just a number, no matter how many years service you put in. You will get stabbed in the back by someone. Nippon express uk, hayes is not one company, every department is out for themselves and they rip each other off at every opportunity. Transport depart for sure rip off the other departments continuously. never ever expect a thank you.

Good kind and dedicated individuals working in warehouse and some in office.

Cons

Upper management are only intrested in their own life and disregard other opinions, place is full of narcissistic, and toxic Polish people in office and management side with them - unfair treatment and favouritism is top priority here - avoid at all costs.
