No ties to political issues around the office since there is none to begin with. The staffs are all contracted to companies constantly.

Cons

You don't get to choose how long you stay in one company. And how they treat you at the contracted company.

But the projects are dependent on client needs, so you don't always get something you want or aligns with your job role.
