      Full kitchen Office staff and technicians are good people

      Micro management big time Not much new information offered, the same cliches said over and over Extremely high turnover No loyalty to employees Low pay No real benefits Awkward location Will drop employees like a bad habit in a second without warning No growth potential Treat you like you have no life outside work

      The air conditioning works and they have a fully-equipped kitchen

      Cons

      Unprofessional, small office with major turnover; dispatch personnel required to clean kitchen and clean bathroom weekly along with vacuuming office area,; one week paid vacation AFTER 12 months of employment but dispatchers never survive the first 12 months; sexual epithets fly nonstop throughout the day. Enjoy your new job.
