Pros

The coworkers were all wonderful people and your boss helps you succeed. There is potential to make a lot of money if you are good at sales.

Cons

Unlike cold calling sales jobs, at this one you walk around a department store doing lead generation and sales for various products. Since the customers are at the store for a different reason, it is often a hard sell. If you are a very social person, this could be a good job for you. Unfortunately it is also very commission based.

Our company prides itself in being transparent, ethical, and having high standards.
