Pros
Good Hours 7am-3:30PM Monday-Friday, Good pay and benefits package, ILA Union Job, Overtime ( anything other than 7am-330Pm) is always available.
Cons
Temporary employees (Non union Members) are utilized (as we import thousands of cars weekly and they all need to be moved around a large area) and not all but a lot are x cons or people who are paid half of us so they care nothing about their work ethic or attitude.
