      A horrible roller coaster ride of disorganization, zero communication, no raises & unprofessionalism.

      Pros

      I can not think of one pro in working for Northeast Sales except that since they are an alcohol distributor, the company is 'stable'.

      Cons

      Pay is poor, every promotion is called a lateral move, management is aloof, there is absolutely no communication, the workers are incompetent and do not care about their jobs, there are shouting matches between employees, & there are never ever any raises EVER!

      Pros

      Potential for great coworkers, networking, hours, and discounts. Majority of time spent working for yourself and by yourself. Constant work.

      Cons

      Management and all levels of upper echelon do not care at all about employees and turnover rate, never "have your back", low pay for majority of hours worked. Dealing with some customers. Poor quality of equipment. Lots of shady and/or illegal dealings going on.
