Pros
Great people and culture. Very collegiate. Conservative approach to risk and focused business model. Always try to do the right thing by their clients.
Cons
Going through a huge amount of operational transformation to position the business for the future, offshoring a key part of this. The European management team are beginning to treat staff as resources rather than people, which is sad to see. It is getting too political as people try to climb the corporate ladder.
