      Good company grown into a toxic one

      1. Free hand on learning 2. Retirement company (good for retiring people).

      Cons

      1. No growth (bad for people who are passionate and want their work to matter). 2. Fires people anytime. 3. Very toxic higher management. 4. No clue and No strategy for long term. 5. Technologically very backward. 6. Lowest possible hikes, and almost no promotions. 7. Treats Indians as just resource.

      Some coworkers has a common distain for our boss.

      Cons

      Planning manager is a nightmare. Stares right through you and doesn’t care about anything other than her status. Creates an environment of intimidation. Pretends to show interest and twists your words into making you look bad.
