Pros
Team night was a great way to build the team and for employees to get to know each other outside of work. Everyone is assigned to different territories, so you don't see your coworkers throughout the day. There is a long-term potential for growth if you're okay with doing door to door sales for a year, minimum. I hear the pay scale is great once you get promoted to assistant manager, but I never saw anyone get promoted.
Cons
Long hours, very low payment structure, "managers" lack professionalism, most employees there don't stay longer than a month. Unfortunately, the potential for growth is based on a pyramid mentality. The more people under you, the faster you get to the top. However, if people continuously leave, you will never get to the top because you have to keep rebuilding the team. The job description of "management training" is also very vague and does not truly describe the role--B2B sales. Keep in mind that you will not be compensated for gas/mileage. A commission payscale isn't good for everyone. This job is ideal for single, fresh out of college employees with minimal bills.
