Being surveillanced 24/7 No warnings at all just straight up termination (unless you’re a supervisor then you’ll get a slap on a wrist. It varies depending on the situation) “Safety over production” they love to say but really it’s the other way around because they’ll just end up making you do staggered breaks for the downtime that you’ve had Every shift has the same goal. It doesn’t matter how small your team is or who’s on the floor. Could have only 1 maintenance worker on the floor and they’ll still find a reason to blame ur team for “no production being ran” when clearly our machines are down No appreciation whatsoever

Worst management ever. Doesnt matter what site you go to, they are all led by braindead dopes that kiss the ring and get a pat on the head. Their “culture” is all bs. They have zero integrity, there is zero accountability and they will let the lowest level workers trump supervisors and managers. The plant managers are the worst of the worst. I highly suggest working literally anywhere else unless you like to hate your life. Id give negative stars if i could. No growth, unless you sell your soul to ester. Not worth the stress and headache of never being able to do what you were actually hired to do and being put down constantly by people who have no idea.
