      Awesome company gym, diverse work environment, employee focus, great benefit and leadership team. Allows company trip to conference and training. Great place to learn and build your career.

      Cons

      Everyone is busy on multiple projects. Sometime have to stay late to meet project deadline.

      Loose atmosphere, interesting market area, steady work.

      Cons

      Poor leadership that doesn't elicit feedback from employees or managers. Poor work / life balance. Managers do not have a voice in company matters. The partners run everything and their direction lacks vision and understanding. Very reaction driven, short sighted company.
