Napilitan akong mag-resign dahil supposedly hindi raw up to par ang performance ko, when in reality iniwan lang naman kami ng senior strategist dati para magsurvive on our own without proper guidance. Tapos nasabihan pa akong ‘too jaded’ for someone na nagsisimula pa lang, kahit mismong boss ko hirap mag-articulate ng expectations niya to the point na cross-department kilala siya for that. Kahit ibang department head, hindi siya maintindihan minsan because she talks as if the terms and frameworks she uses are automatically industry standard. Siyempre, ang hirap i-meet ng expectations kung hindi naman clearly communicated in the first place. Apparently, kilala pala ang agency na to to be toxic. Siguro natapat lang din ako sa department na ganon haha yung iba mukhang masaya naman. From time to time, tinitingnan ko yung hiring nila, never nawala ang position ng strategist sa immediate hiring 🤣 that speaks for itself. The senior strategist working with me left a few months after I left also sooo that’s the Strat department for you LOL On top of this, walang OT pay HAHAHA kaya nila rin ako finorce resign kasi umalma ko Below 4 hours - thank you lang bayad Tas pag above - offset Pero di pwede i-offset pag below 4 hours HAHAHA KUPAL
