Pros

They genuinely care about you and your family. There's a possibility that there will be a completely flexible work-from-home/office environment post-COVID. Great benefits, a lot of vacation time (start with 3 weeks and keeps accruing). 401 K Matching, extra paid days off like Good Friday, Christmas Eve and more. Enjoyable tasks.

Cons

Lot's of middle management and bureaucracy when it comes to getting things done. A lot of people have been at the company for far too long and are stuck in their ways, and become road blocks.

Pros

great colleagues, compensation average to above average

Cons

senior management and most directors living in the past glory days of the company. have neither the vision nor the courage to take important and needed steps. they are unwilling (unable?) to let go of day to day decisions, so are ignoring their own responsibilities.

Pros

The Mission and the opportunity to support it are extremely rewarding. Benefits and working conditions are great, and management really cares about the people here, and seeks their input. I couldn't have asked for a better landing spot - the best place I've ever worked at.

Cons

I really can't think of any.

It truly is one of Oregon's top places to work

Pros

OCP's core values of empathy, humility and passion truly bring a perspective of empathy and compassion to everything done at OCP and defines how teams work together. It is a busy and highly collaborative environment where you will work alongside passionate and incredibly talented individuals. Sitting next to a Grammy Award winner at a company lunch or attending a private concert with a published singer/songwriter is a regular occurrence here. This is also the most diverse and politically neutral environment I have experienced, the management team really does ensure this is a welcoming and supportive environment for all backgrounds and types. Most teams are fully remote, with local folks given the option to utilize the beautiful riverfront Lake Oswego office at their convenience. There is a good reason this is one of Oregon's top places to work!

Cons

The music industry is shifting dramatically, and so is OCP. This can create a roller coaster ride of shifting priorities and expanding work commitments.
