      Very quick job offer. Will take on anyone regardless of experience

      Cons

      Expect to be up to full efficiency immediately. If not, you will get sacked. Unable to fit in. No development. Very high staff turnover, which will include me once I get a new job. No empathy from management.

      From the moment I joined OCU Group as a Civil Industrial Placement Engineer, I have been truly looked after and supported in every way. The company’s positive and dynamic culture has given me the motivation to wake up every day with enthusiasm, ready to give my best without hesitation. At OCU Northavon, from top management to site supervisors, everyone I’ve met has treated me with dignity and respect, always willing to share their knowledge in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This level of support and openness is what stands out the most and makes me excited about my future career with OCU Group. I don’t just feel like I belong here, because I know I do. The professionalism within OCU is exceptional, yet it’s all delivered in a friendly manner, making me feel part of the team from day one. The recruitment team has been outstanding, and the Learning & Development training has accelerated my understanding of the business as a whole. I am incredibly grateful to be part of such a forward-thinking and supportive company, and I genuinely see myself growing with OCU Group for many years to come

      While my experience at OCU Group has been overwhelmingly positive, like any workplace, there can be occasional challenges in adapting to the fast-paced environment, but with the strong work ethic, motivation and support system in place, these challenges become valuable learning opportunities to learn adapt and grow .

      - They bribe you with a free bar once a month on the top floor.

      Cons

      - Staff favourites and black sheep’s are bullied. -Toxic workplace and work environment, includes most staff including managers and seniors. -Heavy and stressful workloads with absolutely no support. -Lie lie and lie to you. -Most staff are familiar members or family friends of other staff. Says enough.
