-there is good talent working at OECM but there are a lot more poor performers that make you question how they even got hired - nothing is consistent in this organization. Leadership and management across departments and teams differ creating different SOPs across teams for the same activity. -senior roles have 0 clue on what to do and just shove the responsibility down the chain until the person at the bottom does it. There is no recognition for work as seniors like to take ownership even though they just sent it down the chain of command and had no participation or visibility on the progress of the project. They just show up when it’s done. -leadership has no clue on the landscape of their employees. They do not listen to concerns nor do they really care. The board of directors are legacy professionals that cannot adapt to the current landscape. - leadership treats their workers like little kids at kindergarten. They take attendance every week to make sure you come into the office twice a week. -processes are very manual and have no chance of improving as managers do not care since the job still gets done -overall the organization does not seem to be in a healthy state. There is alot of work that needs to be done and that needs to start from top. - 0 career opportunities
