pay was decent. The bonuses were always pretty good. my bosses were usually pretty cool.

they really work you to the bone. I had no life working here man.

- Work begins with some sense of direction, only for plans to shift without warning and disrupt any progress made - Adjustment never stop, forcing constant rework that erases momentum and wastes effort - Changes are rarely meaningful, just enough to throw everything off balance and create confusion - It becomes unclear if any real progress is happening or if tasks are simply being rearranged over and over
