fast growing company/with great deal of opportunities/value its employees
Pros
Company has been 10 years operating on the market. It has had its good times and bad times. What I really value is that it has learned from its mistake, including management. Current director values its employees and makes sure that all his peers and subordinates work with their people, develop them and guide them where appropriate. He follows and grew the plant that has been seed by his predecessor. Company realizes that its biggest asset is its employees. They are the ones who make the company successful, together with their commitment, dedication and bride young ideas. In the company you can feel very friendly environment where everybody support each other, share the knowledge and spent a time together after the work. It is the one of the cons of the company. If you consider that you spend at work (any work actually) 70% of your life, you need to like what you are doing and how you feel there and I feel at OKIN SAFE, WELCOMED, SUPPORTED and KNOW that DOORS are OPENED if I want to share an idea, suggest new process, or I want to share anything uncomfortable. In the past year company made a huge step forward and what defines it now is OPENESS and HONESTY, no lies! If you want to share anything nice or bad, you will be listened out and feedback is carefully considered and taken into account. Why? Everybody in the company has been working hard to make the company stable and they do not want to go back. This is how I feel about it. If I see that something does not go very well and I give constructive feedback with meaningful suggestion, I can see that is valued. What I can also see, that if you work hard, if you are honest and smart you can grow in the company. There are plenty of opportunities. You can choose for yourself whether you would like to progress in engineering, network, project management, client services and management. It is mainly up to you which path you will choose and it is also up to you if you choose to stay where you are.
Cons
As we are supporting international company at some positions we need to follow their business hours that can be from 9-5pm CET. Nevertheless, there are also positions that cover standard Czech business hours. Just ask at interview.
