Pros
Amazing people, you'll make some great friends. Lot's of "responsibility" and scope to take on tons of extra work. Just have to make the most of it and make sure you learn as much as you can while you're there. If you can suffer through it for a while and get as much experience as possible, think of it as a stepping stone to find a better job after.
Cons
Awful working environment. On the outset everything seems rosy and cheery, but don't be fooled. Give it a month tops before you start to see through the cracks. Be prepared to deal with lots of unnecessary red tape and bureaucracy to get the bare minimal done. Pretty ironic given that it's a flat structure. You will be underpaid, overworked, and constantly promised things you will never get. No benefits, bonuses, etc. Very disorganized company as a whole, and unnaturally focused on just sales. You will most likely be miserable there once you've settled in. The previous two reviews are extremely disappointing, as it's clearly an attempt by the current management to increase the company's rating and take away from the first, and more accurate review.
