      Started off strong but eventually cracked under pressure.

      Pros

      This was a great place to work for when I first started. As time went on, it seemed to lose a great deal of momentum.

      Cons

      They were over zealous with hiring, had to off several in 2012 and this was several weeks after we were told the company planned to expand.

      Company does not reward experience. No raise for the entire time I was there (2 years). Company going out of business

      Poorly managed company with huge lack of communication

      Pros

      The ability to work on various projects at one time.

      Cons

      Poor communication between upper management and employees. Human Resources rarely ever responded to employee questions or concerns. No raises, bonuses, or gratitude for continuing employment with the company. They hire a bunch of people at one time, and then lay another bunch off at the same time.
