Good company but management style requires improvement.

Pros
People are totally friendly and the culture is great. Benefits are not great but acceptable.
Cons
The management works in a style that is beyond to believe. The leadership of the CEO is great but often it is underpowered by the internal head of departments. They are very lack of knowledge and can behave insensitive when managing employees. Grievances are not well taken care and the steps that the adapt is not the best and very long. Does not add value in any manner.
