      Pros

      I absolutely love the people I work with. The office is great and supportive. I am given sufficient autonomy while also getting good feedback. I care about our mission and the work we do. We get to take advantage of a flexible work schedule that includes ability to telework.

      Cons

      The work takes time and does not always produce immediate results; can involve long hours depending on current caseload and case developments.
