Dishonest Company!

Pros

Good for those who enjoy working with children.

Cons

1. Don't be deceived by their job advertisements. Apply for work with Junior Adventures Group at your own risk! They lie about the hours on offer. Then they coax people into joining the casual list while looking for a permanent position/out of school care centre. 2. Management don't care about their staff. The previous reviewer who mentioned how much they undervalue staff hit the nail on the head! But you wait until something goes wrong. They wait until the very last minute then call you and they don't bother to follow up with you while you are fixing whatever issue. Then when you try to call theirungu head office, you go through automated system then they hangup on you because all their HR are busy... busy doing what???? 3. Ooh! And don't get me started on some of their company policies which don't make sense to say the least , and don't even line up with the Department of Communities... wait until your Ochre/BC/WWC card expires...

Pros

Connections you make yourself with school, families and children.

Cons

If you want to work somewhere and feel totally under valued, OSHClub is the place to go. Your bosses will only contact you if something is wrong, being praised is not something they are known for. Being with OSHClub I learnt you can only rely on yourself as most workers are to scared to express how they are feeling or be themselves. Over the last year the company has merged and has lost their way with their workers. It is sad to see what was once a great company slip into the routine of forgetting the little people. This is not a workplace where you go to get support or help. All they care about now is earning money and forgetting the value that should come with it. OSHClub is great at keeping secret and making you feel so little to the point that they wouldn't care if you left. Regardless if you put your heart and soul into something.
