Some old employees working in this organization this they have owned the company. They do not even know how to talk and teaches others always ( Perfect examples for Frog in a well ) Tone is always demanding, they do not think of requesting anything, they feel demanding is their right. anyone thinking to join OSI, consider joining this as last option and join. superiority complex guys, wish i could take there and names and expose them. i want to give -1 starts but sadly that option is not present here.

I have been working with OSI Consulting Pvt. Ltd. for 2.6 years at Pune Office. When I started to work with environment was very good, work life balance was good and motivated environment was there with some talented seniors who were willing to distribute their knowledge to juniors and make them capable of doing things. But later internal politics destroyed the environment, No Projects , Now work for long time and finally closed the pune office. It was having all latest technology stack in the market.

Cons

Hyderabad centered control of all its offices in India. Hike was not as per industry standards. Lot of internal politics.
