      Pros

      Good hours (as far as retail goes) There are good people that work there. Fun atmosphere during games. Textbook manager is a great guy and an exception to the below cons.

      Cons

      Blatant Nepotism, especially from CEO. Sexism and inappropriate conduct are excused if the alleged perpetrator is a part of management. Student workers can be treated as expendable. Management would ask for policies to be enforced, but not back up employees when there was pushback.
