      challenging yet fun environment

      Pros

      Interesting product and most importantly the market is heading to what we offer (comprehensive cyber risk management instead of reactive cyber Sec). Management really wants people to succeed. Everyone in management is approachable. Employee perks and workplace amenities are very generous given our size. (better than my previous company that employed almost 3 times the amount of employees) All in all, challenging yet fun environment.

      Cons

      Internal processes take a little bit long in general.

      Pros

      The company enables and encourages the development of its employees and this is reflected in the fact that they allow for transitions between roles, and freedom of action in all positions. There is a very strong sense of commitment to the team and good teamwork within the team, and also between different teams.

      I can't think of a notable disadvantage
